

All my life I have had a very keen interest in health and fitness. From a young age I knew the importance of a healthy life style and enjoyed managing my health through diet and lots of sports. Even at school I knew that I wanted to be a personal trainer as I knew a job in the subject area that I love is the perfect career. Even before I began my career in health and fitness I was not only constantly training myself but my interest would drive me to read every day. My knowledge grew fast and I began to realise lots of sources contradict each other and working through the false information and confusing theories meant my learning would never stop. That is why still today I read and learn new techniques and information which I enjoy using on and teaching my clients with.
I have played most sports at a variety of levels all of my life. The main ones were rugby, racket sports, athletics, hockey and golf.
